Candidates must possess the following minimum requirements 1) At least a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field, and 2 years minimum relevant work experience. 2) Strong knowledge of Android application development including knowledge of networking, databases and UI design. 3) Industry Android development experience including handling of support issues as well as improving overall customer experience. 4) Demonstrated ability to identify realworld problems and building/supporting technical solutions to solve them. Please dont submit candidates who have only downloaded the dev environment but not even installed it yet nor tried writing Android apps. Software development of Android (java) applications and libraries for mobile handsets and tablets to complement AT&Ts Uverse IPTV service.Job Description (What will the NPW do on that project) The position is for an experienced software developer within a small client development team. The individual will be responsible for design, development, integration test and productionlevel support of mobile device software for the AT&T Uverse IPTV service. Previous handson development experience with the Android SDK (java) is necessary, with experience in object oriented design and development. Having worked on apps subsequently deployed to Android Market is highly desired. This work must be performed onsite in Tampa and cannot be performed remotely.
