Job Responsibilities Design and develop extremely highvolume, faulttolerant, scalable webbased systems solutions using J2EE, Hibernate, Spring and other technologies.Work with stakeholders in product management to understand business requirementsWork with other disciplines to drive crossfunctional efforts.Shape development processes to promote a highquality output while continuing to iterate quickly.Own and review deliverables for accuracy, quality, performance and completeness.Work with QA, operations, and support teams to ensure high quality production systems.Ability to lead and manage a globally distributed development team.Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of members of the team. Required SkillsTechnical leadership and management experience, especially in an agile and iterative process.Good architecture skills with experience in building extremely highvolume, faulttolerant, scalable webbased systemsExcellent and confident communications skills, and a blend of pragmatism and ideological purity.Experience with web frameworks like Struts, Spring or Grails.Experience building REST API endpointsProficient in SQL and Relational Database modeling.Experience with Hibernate or other ORM tools.Experience with Memcached/Elasticache, Solr and Couchbase is a plusExperience with advanced keyvalue stores like Redis is a plus.Experience in working/scripting with cloud (EC2 or other) is a plus.Experience with Microservices architecture is a plus.Data analysis experience is plus.
