Responsibilities Member of Service Delivery Team to support internal hosted environments on Linux & Windows and manage VMware virtualized infrastructureProvide advanced troubleshooting through proven technical expertiseManage the change, incident and problem queue within ITIL framework.Drive vulnerability remediation for Linux and Windows serversHelps define hardware, software, and configuration standardsSorts through complex issues and conducts comparative analysis of multiple solutionsDevelop workflows, process and programmable automation proceduresProactively identify gaps, risks and issues and navigates organizational structure to resolve them. Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of related experience in a highcapacity, highimpact online environmentRedhat Certification RHCE 6 or aboveExperience in handling large datacenter infrastructureStrong understanding of different versions of Linux Server provisioning, Patching, vulnerability remediation, performance tuning.Excellent troubleshooting skill.Extensive experience in VMware Virtualization technology Build, maintain and troubleshoot virtual infrastructure.Strong bash/shell scripting or python scripting knowledge for systems automationIntermediate knowledge in managing Windows hosting environments (good to have)Experience in the design and implement of HA (High Availability) and Load Balanced solutionsGood understanding of DNS, Network Tools, Storage Technologies, Load Balancers and other infrastructure componentsExcellent problemsolving skills, including identifying and addressing performance problems, system defects, hardware issues in complex multitier application architectureAble to work independently and collaborate effectively in a complex environment.Excellent communication skill, both written and oral. Effective articulation and representation capability in cross border meetings. Ability to influence and drive consensus.Good understanding and experience of ITIL processes.
