Description Looking for Data Warehouse Consultant 3+ yrs. experience SQL BI 5+ years of experience Data Analysis 8+ years of experience Data Warehouse ConsultantIn collaboration with the business partners, develop robust requirements to support new and enhanced solutions. Responsible for participating in all phases of the development and maintenance life cycle, typically for an assigned business unit or corporate department and utilizing various customer technology platforms. Excellent understanding of healthcare and ability to anticipate needs of the business. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to drive to results. Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and planning skills required. Aptitude for defining and documenting business requirements 5+ years eliciting and managing business and technical requirements, use cases, and/or user stories. 3+ yrs experience working with health care data, eligibility, medical and pharmacy claims, provider, Utilization and Case Management dates 5+ years systems analysis experience working on application development and/or delivery projects in full lifecycle development environments. 2+ years working as a business/systems analyst within an Agile/Iterative delivery model. 2+ years working on projects with exposure to Sr. leadership. 2+ years using Rational Tools such as Requisite Pro, JIRA or equivalent requirements tracking tool to maintain requirements and trace relationships. Proven experience working with both business and technical stakeholders to define technical solutions to business needs. Proven experience using SQL, SAS, OLAP, Business Objects or equivalent for quantitative/qualitative analysis. Proven experience as a Business analyst working with application architects, developers, QA, and other technical team members to drive successful technical solutions.
