Reporting Business Analyst

The Human Resources Reporting and Analytics team is seeking a business analyst who is experienced in designing reports using Workday's reporting and analytics tool. We will roll out Workday to our managers and employees the Summer of 2015. Prior to the rollout, reports produced within our current HR management system need to be recreated in Workday. In this role, you will collaborate with the reporting managers to analyze requirements, develop reporting content within Workday, create documentation as needed, and test the reports to ensure they meet the requirements and complement our human resources management solution. About Candidate Candidate must have a solid understanding of enduser reporting and manager analytics Candidate are someone who will challenge conventional thinking and bring fresh ideas and solutions Candidate will embrace challenges with openness Candidate must be passionate about how and why reports are built Experience 2+ years experience as a reporting business analyst Advanced knowledge of the Workday reporting tool (experience with both Workday and PeopleSoft reporting tools would be nice) Experience with enduser reporting supporting accounting and finance and/or human resources Required characteristics fast learner, detailoriented, decisive, and enjoys a fastpaced work environmentMore Details Experience developing reports in the Workday HCM tool Workday Report and Calculated Field development reports in HR modules Working with HR data, or supporting HR function/technology Understanding of HR data including business processes and organization structures Strong knowledge of Workday process and configuration Familiarity with Workday integrations and data security concepts a plus
