Operations Contact point for business escalations Contact point for Avanade troubleshooting EMIT related issues (network security, connectivity, proxy, GMEs, email blockages, S2S VPN, etc.) Capable of coordinating with different EMIT groups to resolve issues. SWI & Stewardship Ongoing enhancement small work items (SWIs) for multiple XOM customers Work with business & Avanade on new small sites SWI (requirements, estimations). Establish Small Site Engagement model & provide consultation to business. Capable of understanding the drives of SWI requirements and translating these into viable user cases and site design.
