Description The business analyst will be responsible for providing the day to day production support for the Financial Reporting HFM applications including the Statement of Cash Flow. Job responsibilities 1) The resource is expected to work with the FannieMae business support resource initially to understand the application functionality, run books for production executions, support procedures, Fanniemae tools for logging support requests and defects, update metrics dashboards etc. 2) After the initial learning period, the resource will be responsible for supporting the monthly close updates and production executions in the applications. 3) The resource will also handle user requests related to Smartrview installs and retrieves, user access issues, data validations and reconciliations to sources like GL 4) The resource will be responsible for analyzing production issues in the applications and provide solutions. 6) The resource will also be required to help the FannieMae resources on the Agile project releases related to the 2 applications with activities like developing user stories, coordination with development teams on the solution development and user acceptance testing. and implementation support. Skills Strong knowledge on Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications for the Financial Consolidations. Strong knowledge on FDMEE, Smartview and SQL Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time. In addition, knowledge of sharepoint development is preferred since our team currently supports several sharepoints across the Finance Controller's area. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. 57 years experience required.
