Test Manager More than 10 years overall experience with 5+ years' experience as test managerExperience in managing multiple projects with different clients and handled multiple teamsExperience in Effort Estimation, Risk Analysis, Traceability Matrix, Metrices on monthly efforts and preparing Quarterly Business review DocumentsExperience in End to End testing by performing testing on Functional and NonFunctional scenarios with different testing techniquesExperience in automation developing and maintaining test scripts using Selenium or UFTExpertise on creating Test Strategy and Test Plan documentsStrong familiarity with IOS, Android and Windows operating systems and applicationsStrong knowledge on Software Testing Life Cycle STLC and SDLCProficient in providing estimates to client on CRs and Test cases according to the Functional Specs availableExperience in identifying, analyzing and reporting different kinds of defects in product and application testingExpertise in Agile methodologies and waterfall modelGood Experience in Test Case Design, Test Case Execution, Test Case Review, Defect logging, Generating Test Reports and uploading requirements, test cases to TFSPossess excellent analytical skills with good communication and selforganizing skills, assertive and a committed team playerFlexible and adaptable to new technologies in both independent and collaborative work environments with quick learning abilitiesExperience working with crossfunctional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment into Daily Scrums, working with Business Analysts in creating user stories and testing user stories, product backlogs, Defect Review meetings
