Description
Senior IBM/ILOG JRules Programmer for the DSO Business Rules Engine team within Retail Consumer Banking; Analyze, Create design specification, Build, Infrastructure /code review, Offshore coordination , test support and assist in deployment efforts Provide high quality IBM/ILOG JRules development experience. Must possess serious coding skills to deliver high quality code, fast.Provide a bridge between design, development and Business Rules Engine (BRE) teams for all aspects of business rules. E.g. Decision Table design and housekeeping routines. Develop business architecture recommendations. Develop using the DSS' Global BRE Architecture blueprint and develop plans. Promote continuous crossbusiness knowledge sharing. Promote and deliver reuse of BRE architecture concepts across Retail. Ability to work with global team in Hyderabad, India.Must be up to date with the business and technical environment and vendor practices, as appropriate, and anticipates forthcoming changes. Provide expert knowledge of BRE architectures, tools, subsystems and support utilities. Work with Business, Operations and Technology to identify business and technical drivers of change and assess their impact on BRE. Ability to work with the Chase guidelines that drive strategy, designs and implementations to meet business requirements. Prepare solutions conforming to the architecture designs and proactively identify and validate opportunities to share or reuse existing components where possible. Establish strong working relationships with Businesses, Operations and Technology Infrastructure team members.
