Job Description Primary Responsibilities Responsibility, at a high level, includes application availability, reliability and stability Ensure that the work delivered by the team is of high quality Work with business to prioritize production issues for resolution Assist in providing management status reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis Assist as a liaison between offshore resources and business/ onsite IT management Work on process improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field OR a High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years Software Developer experience 3+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience 3+ years of Oracle development experience with designing data structures, building functions, stored procedures, indexes, triggers, and performance tuning Preferred Qualifications Proficient using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio) 3+ years of development experience in at least one of the following five additional technical skills IBM Mainframe, .Net, Java/J2EE, Data Stage, or IBM WebSphere Healthcare experience and exposure to EDI and HIPAA transactions Medicare or Medicaid experiencence DBA experience Experience with highvolume database transactions Experience with WTX or similar tool to process HIPAA transactions Experience with Source Control systems (like SVN), Testing tools (like ALM) Experience using database tools (like TOAD / AQT / Sybase SQL Advantage) Knowledge of Trizetto Facets, or project experience supporting a claims system
