As a Project Manager (PM), you will be part of a worldclass team of professionals in our Information Services group who partners with colleagues across the Spectrum Health organization (including Priority Health) to oversee highly visible projects, manage change, and drive innovation. Your work will help to improve the lives of millions of people our members, patients, and families across Michigan. Rather than managing projects in organizational silos, you will be working crossfunctionally in our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), which manages enterprisewide initiatives as a holistic portfolio. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Overseeing technical integrations across of a companywide strategic project portfolio; Bringing together technical and business resources, assigning responsibilities, and coordinating their work Developing all project and program documentation (including resource plans, project requirements, scope, and timelines), managing budgets, and communicating with stakeholders at every level of the organization Adhering to our existing project management methodology and quality standards and ensuring project success at every level; Maintaining a solid understanding of the desired outcomes of your program and projects, and ensuring consistent alignment with business objectives and strategy. Required Qualifications 100% Onsite Local Only no travel expenses reimbursed Experience with Application/Software Development on backend or web Experience with Vendor Integration Education Associate's Degree or equivalent in /Technical school or equivalent Experience 3 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in the field PMP Certification Preferred Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or equivalent Experience 5 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in the field, Experience leading projects or gathering business requirements, Experience managing small to medium project teams (2 to 7+) within a matrix organization, and projects in multiple technologies and/or business functions Licenses PMP certification Strong PM with infrastructure experience but preference goes to those that have app dev or vendor integration project management experience. The ideal candidate will be an intermediate PM (as opposed to senior PM with 10+ years experience). There is possibility for contract to hire if the candidate meets the expectations after 6 months or so.
