Implementation Coordinator (Windows)

Mentors and provides training to employees.Manage Multiple projects at one time with little oversight. Keep detailed notes on all projects.Work closely with Project managers, Programmers, the ECS management team and our customers. Review discovery reports performed on clients systems and in some instances help perform discovery.Review Contracts to help create a baseline for developing project plans.Prepare and provide project questionnaires to clients and assist where necessary to ensure the successful completion.Use analytics to establish estimated project durations.Identify special instructions or uncommon\custom project work necessary to satisfy client expectations and clearly communicate these to ECS technical resources.Establishes guidelines/timeframes/milestones to ensure a successful expectations for all involved partiesUtilize all available project data and internal resource data to appropriately schedule projects and assign available resources. Prepares customer for implementation.Prior to the installation, analyzes the customers existing products and consults with customer to map current system to the JHA product. Trains the customer on use and feature functionality of the application.Work closely with Project managers, Programmers and our customers. Provides remote or onsite software installation services. Ensures software applications are installed and fully functional Converts the data out to a friendly format with the tools provided; Create virtual environments using Virtual Machines and SQL databases.; Manage resources for projects VMs, Fileserver Space, Encrypted Drives etc.; Trouble shoot moderate to complex Software/Database related issues.Loads the data into multiple go forward system formats. Perform data QC & Audits with applications provided to ensure validity. Monitors all phases of the installation and escalates issues when necessary. Exercises the responsibility and authority to take steps to ensure a successful installation.Troubleshoots issues once implementation is complete.May conduct exit reviews. Documents issues, ensuring they are not repeated in subsequent conversions.May train installation team personnel. May reinforce training to customers and/or provide guidance in training customer personnel.May participate in new release activities.May identify items that are outside the scope of a standard installation and participate in project activities related to those items. Follow very detailed documentation & Best Practice essential to accurate project completion.May participate in sales turnover meetings to schedule and determine the scope of the project.
