Overview Client is looking for a highenergy, detail oriented Senior Tester with experience with Java and Automated Testing to design, develop and maintain our client Automation Framework. This Team builds and maintains the Automated Testing Framework that powers our Tokenization Process that our Wallets (Apple Pay/Android Pay/Samsung Pay) and our Issuers connect with to ensure a secure payment transaction. Candidate Role Drive Quality/Test strategy creation, integration testing, performance and resilience testing, release signoffs, etc. Review project test and implementation schedules with a focus on test plans and acceptance criteria Develop maintainable test automation frameworks, tools and test suites Be an integral part of the API Development and Engineering team, collaborating to embed quality and testing standards as part of the development lifecycle Build test automation frameworks for deploying, managing and monitoring applications running on cloud environments Mentor & provide guidance to the team in testing methodologies All About Candidate Client is looking for someone with Experience debugging and testing Java based products/applications Experience with test automation scripting (from scratch) with OOP languages using frameworks like Selenium Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to create good acceptance and integration test automation scripts and integrate with continuous integration (Jenkins/Bamboo) and code coverage tools (Sonar, Clover). Exposure to performance engineering requirements desirable Experience with developing Java based web services desirable Fluent in Java and objectoriented development Strong background in test automation with a focus on APIs Experience REST Assured, Apache REST or other servicelayer framework Working experience with JDBC connections, Oracle databases and PL/SQL Experience with JUnit and/or TestNG Working experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java) Working experience of delivery tools and scripting (Bamboo, Jenkins) Additional Skills Experience and knowledge of continuous delivery and/or continuous integration. Experience with Spring Framework SoapUI Pro / Ready API Groovy scripting Familiar with the SAFe methodology is a plus.
