UI/UX Design and Developer with Business Intelligence

Description

Overview Enterprise Reporting team provides Business Intelligence (BI) solutions/applications to Internal and External stakeholders. These solutions use a mixture of underlying technologies to deliver reporting and visual representations of our data to enable decision making and validation by the end users. The purpose of this job is to analyze business requirements and develop front end User Interfaces (UI) to deliver a scalable, user friendly solution as well as provide design insights to the overall design and user experience (UX) to the functionality of the needed solution. Role Collaborate with Product teams to understand the requirements and create responsive reporting applications and frameworks Participate in technical design review sessions and provide feedback as well as design the overall front end interface with implicit focus on the both the UX and the technical UI components Develop and maintain UI Component Library All about the candidate Strong UX design fundamentals Experience in Designing Reporting Solutions User Interfaces Indepth understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and solutions Expertise in Accessible UI design, responsive design and familiarity with Data visualization (D3.js and similar) Proficiency in JavaScript (Angular), JQuery, XML, HTML 5, CSS, and SQL Understanding of Exadata/Oracle/Netezza/SQL server databases Experience in AGILE Experience in working with global teams Experience in working with any BI tool (WebFOCUS, MSBI stack or Tableau) Familiarity with RESTful services
