Description Overview This Business Operation role will require working closely with members on the Loyalty team to support monitoring and evaluation across several program areas and the implementation of the monitoring and evaluation strategy. This will include; process and tools development, data collection, analysis and reporting. Responsibilities Solid customer service, time management, communication and attention to detail. Ability to work with teams so to ensure best monitoring practices are established. Produce documentation of expected business outcomes and validation with product or platform stakeholders. Creation of synthetic monitors to validate the operational availability and functionality of our products and services. Provide analysis of monitored data, and actions taken when service commitments are impacted, and to provide a feedback loop to the product construct through data intelligence. Integrate research and best practices into problem avoidance and continuous improvements. Performance & Environmental governance around solutions. All about Candidate Experience designing and implementing dynamic monitoring systems in areas of performance or capacity management engineering, application monitoring engineering in a distributed systems environment. Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skill sets. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate with others to deliver solutions. Experience with business requirements gathering/analysis. Experience with Splunk and Dynatrace or other industry leading monitoring solutions.
