We manage millions of work items and run thousands of workflows daily in order to guarantee that vital business operations run on time. Join our dynamic, global team in our critical Dev Ops function, and build highperformance tooling to manage our stack; improve our Rapid Application Development and Deployment solution; and create a strategy for us to grow to serve both internal and external clients.HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIALWe are looking for people who are keen to dig into problems, and are equally confident in building software (Java, SQL, Shell scripting) as they are in jumping into support escalations. A deep understanding (5+ years) of core Java, particularly distributed applications, lowlatency services, performance troubleshooting, resiliency patterns and recovery patterns is a must; as is the ability to be calm and decisive under pressure. We want people who are passionate about building robust architectures and deployment mechanisms, who have worked across the whole software development lifecycle, and who relish the challenge of solving difficult problems in other peoples' code.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
