Project Management SkillsCandidate must possess experience with implementing and leading data initiatives across multiple lines of business; including management of executive level relationships. Candidate must demonstrate successful delivery of several largescale business transformation efforts. Candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and Implementation of key process improvement efforts and influences crossfunctional efforts to drive business transformation through process enhancements. Candidate will work in partnership with the IT team to implement and support the Risk Information infrastructure and systems.This position also requires that the candidate partner with the respective operations and technology teams assigned to the projects, leading periodic meetings with team members, escalating issues when required, and providing project status and updates to the management team. This includes managing relationship with key business leaders and influential subject matter experts within specific functions and lines of business to drive efforts. Candidate must possess expertise in multiple project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile. PMP Certification/Black Belt Certification highly desired.This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as experience communicating with and influencing senior executive management.Specific Risk Information job details This position will lead a matrix group of risk management professionals in the development, testing and implementation of multiple data quality initiatives that will enable the successful completion of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual CCAR reporting.
