1. Strong ability to clearly and professionally document architecture and processes using Visio or similar2. Knowledge of managing a large Chef environment, Roles/Policies, RBAC3. Ability to write and maintain complex Chef cookbooks and recipes4. Automating with various scripting languages where necessary to improve processes5. Ability to manage multiple projects and work as a team player6. System/application tuning and performance optimizationTop Performer for This Position1. Indepth knowledge of both Windows and UNIX operating systems2. Strong communications skills, ability to get ideas across3.
