Summary Provide technical leadership in delivering and supporting application solutions for complex business requirements. Provide technical direction in the quality and delivery of business system commitments on schedule, within prescribed resource limits and in accordance with client requirements and departmental standards.The Siebel Technical Application Architect leads all aspects of the delivery of Siebel solution & related components interfaces, conversions, HW/SW oversight (selection, sizing, configuration recommendation & execution). Siebel Architect provides Solution Performance (analysis/tuning) at all levels of the application including database/application/web/network and works across technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition & systems architecture for the organization. Works with development team to ensure business needs are translated into systems that support the needs. Works with both the development team and support teams to identify maintenance and support processes for management of the Siebel environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participate in and contribute to large, complex and diverse projects, with minimal guidance, own assigned tasks and assist with tasks assigned to others working on the same project. Partner with business and other IT teams to complete work. Mentor and train others. Resolve complex system problems. Participate in technical reviews.1)Design, implement and support advanced and diverse application solutions that address complex business requirements, following SDLC processes, application processes and quality validation (when appropriate) for large projects. 2)Provide technical leadership for other application developers on all system development activities.
