Description
Plan and Execute on projects related to deployment of an Ad Prom system on a Cloud SAAS platform. The vendor for software is Veeva and the system in question is ZincMAPS. This project includes deploying 10 workflows on ZincMAPS, training of users, and data migration. The primary business users for this system are Regulatory Affairs and Marketing. This is not a validated system. Specific Expectations 1) Develop, track and ensure that the following are met project plan, tasks, milestones 2) Provide status and identify risks/risk mitigation 3) Ensure deliverables are met. 4) Work closely with the vendor to ensure that roles and responsibilities are well defined and maintained 5) Coordinate global UAT for Baxter users, working closely with the vendor Must Have Qualifications 5+ years Project Management Written and Verbal communication to multiple audiences Teamwork, Team Collaboration Solid understanding of SDLC Independent and Fast learner Experience working with a diverse, global team
