Requirements Tasks and responsibilitiesDevelop understanding of WIMS, SDM, Source Version Control and Kronos ReportsParticipate in planning, design and solution development with Costco IT and Stakeholders.Responsible for troubleshooting, support and maintenance of installed solutions.Provide status reports, project schedules and other necessary documentation in support of assigned packagesPerform optimization of assigned packagesAbility to understand a supported process endto end and analyze impacts of system changes to the processProvide solutions and support for projects, service packs and major upgradesRequired skills and abilitiesExperience with Kronos Workforce Central software suite and tools like WIMS, SDM.Experience with Interface development with WIMS and Kronos Reports.Must have strong analytical, problem solving skillsProven ability to work independentlyAbility to provide assistance with design, maintenance and continual improvements for assigned packagesExcellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation of complex technical informationAbility to interact effectively with internal clients, team members and all levels of managementAbility to learn and adapt new technologies, operating systems, applications to Costco environmentProven ability to prioritize and meet assigned deadlinesDesired SkillsExperience with HR and/or Payroll packagePrior experience developing labor standards for retail environment
