Technical Coordinator

Description

Responsibilities Coordinate all of the discovery, vendor walkthroughs, bid process, and execution by vendors as part of site prep for Instructional Upgrades, Security Cameras, VoIP, Door Access projects; Coordinate all other site prep for these projects including power, asbuilts, E911 field work, etc. under guidance from various owners reps and project managers, and based on guidance and standards from the leadership; Provide technical coordination for various implementations including IU, cameras, VoIP, door access, etc. once site prep is complete and vendors are ready to work on bringing these technologies online at various schools; Coordinate technical quality assurance and other golive support as part of implementation services with vendors and district IT staff; Help establish and coordinate service level agreements for golive and post golive phases relative to various projects such as Instructional Upgrades, VoIP, etc. in concert with Owners Reps, Project Managers and IT staff.Requirements Experience in technical coordination and leadership in field installation and implementation of audiovisual and instructional technologies, while including some elements of interface with construction and renovation work (47 years); Experience with enterprise networks, and realworld expertise around how AV products and other IPbased devices work on such networks; Experience coordinating between lots of customers and stakeholders, and managing vendors; Experience in customer service (preferred); Experience creating structure and process to reduce or eliminate failures in field implementation work (preferred).
