Sr Lead Compensation PartnerJob Description SummaryResponsible for providing the highest level of creativity and skill in compensation policyand program development and consulting support. Is assigned the most complex,highest impact projects such as large organization restructurings, major variable payprograms, and corporate mergers & acquisitions. May function as project manager orteam leader.Essential Job Functions1. Recommend and implement NonExecutive best practice Rewards strategies inpartnership with senior executives & business leaders for assigned client groups.2. Advise executive & business leaders on a full range of NonExecutive strategic andtactical Rewards issues.3. Conduct high visibility special projects that support strategic HR initiatives.4. Research, recommend and document approaches to variable pay programs such ascommission and incentive plans managed by Bank divisions. Act as the companysinternal partner on such projects with different levels of management. Provide expertisein the development and alignment of new variable pay programs.5. Perform complex cost impact analyses and prepare special analyses, studies, andrecommendations on subjects such as pay policies, incentive/sales compensation,bonus plans, and recognition programs.6. Research and develop proposals for rewards policies and programs that will be reviewedand approved at top executive levels.7. Conduct job evaluations using position analysis, job description and manager interviews.Market price jobs and make pay and FLSA recommendations.8. Analyze impact of the integration of employees for mergers and acquisitions into thebanks rewards programs.9. Guide managers regarding rewards analysis, rewards programs and processes andrewards administration issues.10. Participate in published compensation surveys and merger/acquisition work.11. Analyze information regarding variable pay plan eligibility, targets, and accruals andreview eligibility prior to management review.12. Provides analytical or project support for BNPP or IRB requests as needed.13. Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications
