Required Skills Informatica, ETL Job Description Looking for results oriented, Senior Technical Analyst to execute ETL support, enhance, and project activities within the IT Information Management Analytics Services organization. As a Senior Technical Analyst, this individual will be a selfstarter and team player, and will be responsible to fulfill the following roles drawing on substantial experience from their Business Intelligence and/ or Data Warehouse background data analyst, ETL designer, data modeler, ETL developer, and ETL Tester. This person will collaborate and communication closely with IT IMAS team, managers, project managers, leads, architects, report developers, and ETL developers, as well as other RGA IT and business stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesDrawing upon project inputs, including scope and requirements documents Create effective ETL support and project documentation, including data analyses, ETL mappings, data models, ETL unit test plans, ETL integration test plans, and migration/ deployment plansNegotiate and prioritize product functionalities and designs with project teams and stakeholdersPerform data analyses, create ETL mappings, create data models, develop ETL processes, execute unit test plans and document results, execute integration test plans and document results, and coordinate migrations and implementationsProvide oncall support and work remotely, as neededMaintain regular and predictable attendanceDemonstrated ability to quickly learn and develop in new ELT/ELT technologiesPerform other duties as assigned RequirementsAbility to work well in a team environment, including remote teams; strong interpersonal skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong problemsolving, analytical, and critical thinking8+ years Informatica experience8+ years Data Warehouse experience, including dimensional modeling (Kimball)8+ years of IT experience5+ years of Data Analysis experience5+ years of Oracle and Oracle PL/SQL5+ years of SQL Server and T/SQLBachelors degree or equivalent experience Preferred Insurance and/or reinsurance industry knowledgeMasters degree and/or LOMA certificationExperience as an ETL team leadTechnical Skills Informatica Power Center and Data Validation Option (DVO)Tidal Enterprise SchedulerOracle PL/SQLTOADUNIX ScriptingErwin Data ModelerVerticaTableauMS BI Stack, including SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SSMS, and SQL ServerTalendMS OfficeMS VisioPostgreSQL
