HRIS Analyst

Description

Four (4) years direct work experience with implementation, configuration and support of HCM technology with emphasis on HR reporting, Payroll and TimekeepingPrefer experience supporting Enterprise HCM and Talent Management platforms, and Kronos Workforce Central 8.0Proven involvement as Senior resource on prior HCM implementationsHealthcare experience preferred; corrections experience a plusParticipated in HR Process analysis and design initiativesDemonstrated ability to analyze problems/issues, identify patterns and recommend creative solutions to significantly complex problemsExperience interfacing Payroll/Timekeeping and other HR related information with external vendorsServed as HCM Subject Matter Expert on HR and related projectsAble to partner and interact with all levels within the organizationExcellent organizational, presentation and customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to present oneself with confidenceContribute to a collaborative team environmentExperience supporting geographically dispersed operations preferredBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferredProficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Project
