Professional Experience Solid knowledge of information systems, business operations, requirements analysis, and integration/design of solutions Strong ability to speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills Verifiable experience writing business requirements Experience in complex analysis of processes, requirements and tools Experience facilitating input gathering from subject matter experts Experience working on projects implementing software and process solutions Experience with software development methodologies (i.e. requirements definition through testing/implementation) Experience developing wireframes and mock ups is a plus Experience with development vendor outsourcing is a plus Experience with change management activities is a plus
