Salesforce Administrator

Description T. Rowe Price recently implemented the Salesforce Employee Communities (myHR) product and we are looking to launch the full product to the enterprise in 2018. In this role we are looking for a skilled Salesforce administrator to prepare and support this rollout as well as provide daily support for both Employee Communities and Salesforce Service Cloud. Specifically, we require someone with Experience in administrating and configuring Salesforce Employee Communities and Service CloudExperience with Salesforce Knowledge Base, Metrics, Dashboards and service managementCertification as Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM201) or Advanced Administrator (ADM211 or ADM301)Experience implementing small to medium configuration changesHandson experience with administrative tasks including provisioning accounts, setting up reports and dashboardsAbility to work effectively with groups in technology such as GBS, Enterprise Security and ESS to resolve defects and issuesExperience reviewing configurations and making recommendations for improvements for optimal performanceAbility to research product release notes for upcoming updates and articulate downstream impacts to usersProven attention to detail and problem solving skillsAbility to work on a team as well as independently
