Fundamental Components Duties and Responsibilities This position will play an integral role in the success of the group. Specifically, the role will be responsible for the following Manage Systems to address user requirements and changing business needs.Monitor environment activityRespond in a timely manner to notification eventsDocument system configurationAt a regular interval, provide one week of nightly and weekend oncall support, as part of the Operations on call rotationEstimate project effort and track project status using defined project management methodology.Monitor and support the backup environmentInterface daily with Medicity personnel and provide topquality supportMaintain user access through roles and profiles, security settings, access settings to ensure the security of managed systemManage various work requests from multiple sourcesWork with vendors to evaluate and implement new technologiesBACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE 35 years of experience in the administration of VMWare and all related applications. 35 years of experience in the administration of Microsoft Windows Servers. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Solid experience with Cisco Networks and Network Protocols. Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Selfmotivated, detailoriented, organized. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time and complex tasks and projects in a highpressure environment Experience working in a teamoriented collaborative environment Have the propensity to handle urgent interruptions professionally. Sound analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve with both internal and remote users.
