Description
Fundamental Components Duties and Responsibilities Serves as the technical expert on Aetna projects focused on Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and the Force.com platform.Handson design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration.Judge the feasibility and tradeoff of different technologies and make choices that fit the constraints of the project.Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, test processes and release management.Delegates to, guides, and follows up with other Aetna resources to implement solutions, as necessary.Accurately estimates the time required for yourself or others to complete particular assignments.Works directly with business customers and technical team to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution.Integration platform design and implementation experience (Boomi, Jitterbit, Informatica, etc.)Provide solution and integration development with Salesforce including requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing, and deploymentLead the integration of business processes across disparate systems Designs and implements business technology solutions focused on cloudbased business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com and cloud integration and BI platforms.Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment.Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution.Participates and/or leads on Aetna AIS CoE team in defining development, release management and coding best practices, tools, standards and methodologies. Actively participates in communicating these principles across the organization and into customer product delivery.Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team membersDemonstrate ability to influence stakeholders to meet objectives.
