Senior Software Architect (Application Security)

Description

Fundamental Components The ideal candidate will be able to work with stakeholders, including business, product, and UX team members to influence the application dataflow design and extensible product platform architecture.This person will need to understand technology and have technical conversations with BOTH Architects AND Developers. Will need to be able to go into detail on how the technology works. Will need to ensure when the team is implementing code the approach will ensure the security of the code and the application.Analyze and design security solutions for applications and infrastructure, and provide expertise and consulting to the overall organization.Secure software development, data protection, cryptography, key management, SSO/SAML, identity and access management (IAM) within SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud environments.Experience with various types of software architectures including Microservice architecture.A disciplined approach to software development and problem solving.Passion for technology and a high technical aptitude.Working in an Agile SDLC.Work with best of breed technologies (Cloud, high throughput event processing, data analytics, etc.)A proven track record of working as part of a team on large architectural projects.Excellent verbal and written communications.10+ years of recent and related experience.
