Responsibilities Work autonomously on small to medium sized projects including planning, requirements management, elicitation and analysis Elicit and document business, functional as well as nonfunctional requirements; translate ambiguous, complex business problems into clear, measurable requirements Assist senior resources during the business analysis effort on large sized projects Play a leadership role in business problem solving Drive innovative technology solutions aligned with CVS Health's business strategies. Provide mentoring and feedback for junior Business Analysts Required Qualifications 35 years of demonstrated practical work experience in the Business Analyst role including writing business requirements 35 years experience in the software development methodology lifecycle, including process analysis and design, business and functional requirements analysis, use case analysis, data analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation 13 years experience developing use cases using a software development methodology
