Responsibilities Manage the preparation and prioritization of epics and features into the backlog Manage and incrementally improve the governance and operating model, following the SAFe framework, for analysis work Manage, Track, and report on the Epic and Feature preparation and communicate status weekly to leadership Facilitate crossteam collaboration and planning sessions Manage and escalate issues/risks impacting analysis schedule, resources, or quality. Requirements Experience as an RTE or Scrum Master for multiple independent but highly coordinated teams Ability to facilitate crossfunctional business and technology teams (small to large group) Knowledge of Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies Strategic and critical thinking skills Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, or similar discipline Executive presence
