IT Business Solutions Provides support and systems or application solutions for Nike's businesses. Provides business consulting, systems/data/application analysis, programming, and documentation. Business Expertise Interprets internal or external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services Has developed depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline Delivering Solutions Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions Has extensive knowledge of working in SAP enhancements, reports, forms and module pool programming with an good understanding of object oriented knowledge and VOFM routines. Leads others to solve complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions Assesses requirements and identifies new solutions Experience with global rollouts desiredResource Management Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations Monitors and controls costs of own work
