Details Kohl's Project Management Office (PMO) team is seeking a qualified Business Analyst that is knowledgeable in collecting requirements for systems integration projects. The individual must have background in PeopleSoft Financials Management (GL, A/P, Project Costing) and PeopleSoft HR Management. The individual will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements from the finance, resource management, project management, and PMO user community for integration of PeopleSoft with a to be determined Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution. The individual will translate the gathered requirement into software requirements specification(s) and functional design document(s). The individual must be a strong communicator and work well within a team and independently. Typically 35 years of experience with integration projects. ! General Information Job Description Gathers and documents requirements from a diverse user community. Translates requirements to functional design documents for complex systems/processes. Interacts with application developers to communicate user needs and requirements. May develop test plans, review test cases, review test scripts and write user documentation. Operates as a senior member within a larger team and a subject matter expert within the organization. Operates independently with minimal supervision or oversight. Likely maintains knowledge within specific domains (applications/technologies, business processes and/or industries).
