Be able to work as a QA Program Lead for several projects for the testing activities as well as with the QA and Dev Project Teams, which may include a combination of offshore, onshore and nearshore resources, consultants, and Kohl's resources. Manage relationship with Kohl's Project Manager, Development Team, Service Delivery. Facilitate the review and approval of all key QA deliverables by Stakeholders. Be able to communicate and coordinate with QA Manager on all track and project/program activities. Thorough knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Defect Management Process Process and Technical Knowledge Be able to work with the project teams using Agile, Pair Programming, Continuous Development and Waterfall methodologies. Possess thorough knowledge of application replatforming (ETL Practices, Gap Analysis, Data mapping, Process Mapping, etc.) to be able to create effective QA strategy for testing coverage. Possess thorough understanding of Quality Center, QA Metrics and Measurements, Trend Analysis, Possess though knowledge of QA Processes, Gates and Entry/Exit/Success Criteria Be able to prepare project estimates and QA Schedules also be able to prepare status reports Hold functional/technical knowledge of Oracle, TIBCO, MQ, MF, Java, Have indepth knowledge of Source and Versioning Control, Configuration Management, Deployment and Warranty Support Must have prior experience in managing large test teams and in developing test strategies for complex multitiered systems Must have experience in managing issues, risks, defects and change requests Demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills working with technical and nontechnical audiences and with multiple levels within the organization. ! Develops test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts to ensure appropriate test coverage. Capable of testing complex software applications. May review work of other QA analysts.
