Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare Test Plan; Requirements Traceability and Test Status report. Test cycle scheduling, monitoring and execution Develop and execute manual and automated regression, functional, system level and integration level test scripts Provide support for User Acceptance Team. Defect management Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industryaccepted best practices. Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. Lead and mentor QA team members Manage daytoday QA tasks as driven by the project schedule QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science (or related field). Candidate has 5 years or more experience in software testing. Demonstrated proficiency in defect management Experience in managing team in onsiteoffshore model Hands on experience on Quality Center Must have POS and Retail experience
