Job DescriptionCandidates must have contact center experience. HM needs more focus on Cisco Contact Center (UCCE, ICM, CVP). Please note the HM is looking for a candidate that has supported contact centers not actually worked in one. Undergrad degree highly preferred. Ok to submit without IF candidates' have IT Certifications. Responsibilities Focus on contact center technologies, Cisco UCCE; Troubleshooting, support, etc; Experience with Contact Center and Cisco UCCE technologies a MUST. Qualifications Contact Center technologies, prefer Cisco not working in a contact center but providing support for the technologies use in a contact center. Troubleshooting skills are a must. This is a key technical and operational support role responsible for planning, design, implementation, analysis, troubleshooting, management and support of various components of our IP telephony and Integrated Customer Contact Center Solutions infrastructure supporting operations of company
