Job DescriptionThe SAP Basis Program Manager role will consist of a combination of responsibilities including driving technical environment and architecture strategy, governing SLAs and contract staff within a managed services model, and establishing processes, policies, and standards across the areas of SAP Development, DB2, Security, and Administration. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for achieving expected outcomes related to overall SAP architecture, environment planning, transport strategy, development, archiving, license management, and cost control. They will work instrumentally with contract staff to clarify roles/responsibilities, align architecture/environment strategies to project release schedules, ensure execution of strategies, confirm capacity planning, implement projects, govern servicelevel agreements, and serve as liaison to the business. In addition, the candidate will have proven experience in the daily monitoring and management of complex SAP landscapes including Solution Manager, Portal, BW, MDM, ECC6, APO, and CRM. Duties
