Job Duties Assigns resources and tasks,Defines deliverables,Evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans,Manages change control,Manages execution of moderate to large projects,Manages resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting,Monitors compliance with all policies and procedures,Performs detailed planning ,Schedules roles and resources,Structures a project,Tracks incurred expenses vs. planned expenses,Tracks milestones Position Description 25% travel is required to Puerto Rico High desire for someone with Agile Document Management system experience. Note This is different from Agile development experience. Plan, conduct, and direct the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Take projects from original concept through final implementation and provide a single point of contact for those projects. Develop high level proposals, and define project scope and objectives. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Typically lead crossfunctional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Educate and influence peers in project management disciplines.
