Job Duties Lead and participates in the administration, analysis, design, evaluation, programming, testing and support of complex information systems with a focus on an Enterprise Search System.,Provides technical leadership and solutions for the review and implementation of the Enterprise Search System and connected applications.,Conducts system\process design through user interviews, researching techinical architecture and or user requirements options, and producing design documents that support user\technical design.,Works closely with functional users to enhance and maintain programs based on business requirements and with other teams to develop requirements. Specifications.,Creates appropriate documentation in support of Medtronic requirements for validated systems.,Reviews, implements and supports Enterprise Search user interfaces. Position Description Expertise in Microsoft Windows 200x, XP, and Windows 7 desktop and Server products.
