We will sustain our success by focusing on continuous improvement and value to our business partners.The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for maintaining testing environments, scheduling production releases and the daytoday stability and maintenance of tools used by the development, testing and release planning teams. This position will require both technical skills and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth release cycles and partnerships with many teams throughout the company. The Engineer will troubleshoot the tools our supported teams use daily and perform rootcause analysis of any issues. The Engineer will also advocate DevOps processes and work environments when appropriate as well as develop IT release, build and deployment processes that support LEAN across the Enterprise.Responsibilities include the following Perform application build and deployment as an active member of the DevOps teamWork within development scrums to provide operational consultancy on infrastructureRecommend technology optimizations and process improvementsFind ways to perform infrastructure automationMaintain quality documentation of infrastructure and escalation proceduresMaintain code repositoriesPerform release management operationsManage changes in the Tridion CMS environmentBasic Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related equivalent experience.3+ years experience in the areas of build automation, configuration management, release management, and deploymentExperience developing a build/deployment pipeline for a large web based production critical systemExperience with CI tools such as Jenkins/Hudson or Team CityKnowledge of svn, git and best practices in release managementUnderstanding of code and script. (Such as Java, PowerBuilder, Batch scripts)Experience with service monitoring and metrics gathering tools experience e.g. Nagios, Elastic Search, and Graphite etc.Experience with managing Microsoft serversExperience with software administration including installation and updatesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Skills Systems administration and networking skillsExperience with automation/configuration managementExperience with complex CMS systemsGood understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Methodologies Agile, Scrum, Minimum Viable Product InitiativesNice To Have Skills Experience with Mainframe automationLinux OS Management
