SUMMARYThe University of Massachusetts Information technology team (UITS) has delivered a series of Dashboards and reports in support of Human Resources reporting. The Summit Data warehouse is the source for all reporting. Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) has been used to deliver these reports and Dashboards. Many supplemental reports are still delivered via the PeopleSoft reporting functionality or by direct user queries. Since many of these reports are repetitive and time consuming, we would like to develop a series of additional OBIEE reports to further automate processes and create consistency.The following activity will be required to assist UMass Summit HCM team Key qualifications related to the individual Consultant assigned to perform services outlined herein requiring superior functional skills in all aspects of OBIEE Version 11. The individual will also be required to provide knowledge transfer and training to the existing staff where appropriate and provide appropriate documentation of all work delivered.Required Skills Development Experience Oracle Business Intelligence Version 11Knowledge of OBIEE RPD mostly using existing RPD'sExperience with Peoplesoft Human Capital Management DataResponsibilities Prepare and review dashboard specifications and design documentsPerform source data analysis, data discovery, and data profilingDevelop new OBIEE reports based on the Business NeedsLogisticsEngagement is 810 weeks beginning in December.
