LEAD Salesforce Developer Needed Summary Responsibilities span across many areas and interacts with stakeholders on daytoday basis. Accountable for regular business cadences, understands business impacts and business priorities. Work closely with multiple development teams and architects. Maintain project communication and set project quality and performance standards ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS At least 5 years' Experience in SFDC Design, Analysis, Configuration, Customization and Coding. Sales Cloud Certified Consultant is preferred and experience of implementing Sales cloud. Indepth understanding of SFDC CRM application (Sales / Service Cloud / Marketing) capabilities and constraints. Indepth Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permissions and sharing). Experience with SFDC data model and the data migration / integration capabilities of SFDC. Handson experience working with Apex and VisualForce (triggers, classes, test classes, extensions, components) and integration to other systems. (Should be very strong in this area) Experience with custom application development in Force.com, utilizing VisualForce and Lightning Components/Framework. Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Excel Connector, SFDC Outlook connector, etc. Experience with SOQL, Aura UI Framework, Workflows, Validations, and Visual Force pages including HTML, Java Script, SOQL Handle web services API integrations with other internal and 3rd Party systems (REST & SOAP) Must have exposure to all aspects of SDLC and deployment best practices.
