Job Description The Data Rationalization Analyst will assist Program Manager and Solution Architect in assessing existing Operational Data storesGeneral Duties Partners with business SMEs to capture, analyze, translate, and document data rationalization from Operational Data stores. Coordinate with business SMEs and IT project team and provide support on data extraction and reporting. Supervise and provide guidance in data cleansing. Provide subjectmatter expertise to identify duplicate records through an iterative process or statistical processing. Assist in the classification process. Ensures master records are classified correctly, completely and follows the enterprise data taxonomy. Review and provide guidance on the attribute extraction and enrichment. Ensures there is a proper record validation on records attributes and enrichment. Possibly design, code and execute automated process for attribute extraction and enrichment. Perform final duplicate record identification. Ensures that records undergoes this process after record information are normalized, enriched, and completed.Maintain and escalate issues to if required. Qualifications Minimum 9+ years of experience in DW & BI 3 + years proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst in Health Care Provider space 3 + years technical knowledge regarding data structure/models, data mining and segmentation techniques Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects & MSTR etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (ETL frameworks) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyAdept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
