Job Description Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Perform quality design, coding and basic testing for application software Provide support to customerfacing team Participate on project teams for assigned system projects; analyze improvements and new applications and develop requirements and specifications with team Create and maintain accurate documentation of own work Key contributor on projectsKey Indicators to Measure Success Low rate of defects/bugs covered Assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner according to specificationQualities and Traits Required Innovative problem solving skills Detailed oriented Clear verbal and written communications skills Well organized Ability to think analytically and logicallyEducation/Experience Required Minimum five (5) years experience and/or training as a developer; or equivalent combination of education and experience Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Visual FoxPro and Windows Current knowledge of technology industry Knowledge of general accounting concepts a plus
