Description Skills Required Should have 45 years of experience in Functional Test Preparation and Execution, Regression Test Preparation and Execution. Should have 12 years of experience with Microsoft Test Manager, Team Foundation Server. Should have good understanding of SDLC, Software Test Life Cycle. Should have good understanding of Defect Management Life Cycle. Should have good experience with Test case writing and Test case execution. Writing Test Plan, Test Strategy Documents. Should have experience with creating Test Metrics and Defect Metrics. Should have Experience with Automation tools like Selenium, Fitness etc. Should have experience with DBMS, Writing SQL Queries. Should have experience working with Agile Methodology. Should have experience working with Global Team Environment. Should have good communication skills. Should have good Automation test framework. Need to have experience with tools like Selenium/Fitness.
