Conversion Business Analyst

Role Description Responsible for planning and managing the MRD and Transactional data objects conversion design and development, profiling, reconciliation, cleanse, quality, transform & load development, issue resolution and execution of all items related to the data object(s). Reviewing functional and technical designs, coleading the onshore and offshore resource team with client and client resources. Standard project management tasks such as project planning, progress tracking, issue tracking and resolution will also be key. Experience in Data analysis and requirement gathering. Someone who understand data relationships and analytics and can work in collaboration with functional business analysts and key stakeholders/SMEs . Understand Data models. Experience in creating Conversion and Cleanse design documents. Experience in mapping multiple source databases to target system (Endur). Experience in Data cleansing/profiling. Can identify and analyze data discrepancies and data quality issues and work to ensure data consistency and integrity. Strong Data conversion/Migration (ETL) full lifecycle experience. Strong SQl Skills. Effective Communication and Team Collaboration. Translate technical activities and objectives in a manner appropriate for various audiences and stakeholders during 1on1 interactions, meetings and/or conference calls. Proactively seek guidance on issues requiring additional clarity or instruction from other team members or management. Review designs by other team members and give constructive feedback in meetings or written form when required. Support offshore ETL development. Knowledge of Energy Trading will be a Plus. Informatics Power center and Power designer experience will be a plus. Knowledge of Energy Trading will be a plus. Experience on Endur Knowledge will be a plus. Experience in leading team with onshore and offshore resources. Experience of cutover. Multitask effectively.
