Role Description This support team works with many departments within the Trading business. These departments include the front office (deal capture), risk, accounting, operations, contracts, and customer support teams. This resource will work on production support activities such as issue management, incident tickets, code changes, release management, and will participate in project analysis and testing activities.The Level 2 Support Analyst is responsible for providing day to day MidOffice support to Business Analysts and endusers, and troubleshooting issues with the OpenLink Endur application and related interfaces.Responsibilities Provide Level 2 support to review and resolve Production incidents Responsible for ensuring that all issues (tickets) and inquiries are documented in issue management systems (Service Manager 7 and ClearQuest). Support the Demand Management team with reviewing and assessing faults and enhancement requests solution design development, requirement documentation, test scripts, acceptance criteria and workarounds Work with the Business personnel to plan and schedule batch process related activities Ensure completeness and accuracy of application documentation Understand and follow the change management processes regarding movement/promotion of items into production environments Escalate issues to the appropriate parties as required Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude as a member of the Support team A quick learner and a team player who will immediately start adding value to the client and support our mission, vision, and guiding principles Exhibit and produce work reflecting a moderate to high proficiency level of the programming languages such as SQL.
