Description Looking for a multifaceted technical analyst with manufacturing experience who has the capability to quickly adapt and support all IT needs for a mediumsized manufacturing site. This ranges from legacy factory floor equipment to support of new laptops/desktops, with everything in between.Primary job responsibilities include Administration and support of site PBX system and phones, including coordinating with vendor for support as needed. Deployment of security and/or other PCbased changes as needed, including deployment of new/replacement systems to end users Printer setup, support, and troubleshooting on Toshiba legacy printers. Coordination of support with managed service for newer printers Manufacturing technology support including factory terminals, factory vending machines, and any other devices/technology introduced to improve factory automation and efficiency. Primary 2ndlevel desktop support technician for 350+ user base.Skills Skill/Role Level Years PreferenceTechnical Support Intermediate 3.0 RequiredWintel Intermediate 3.0 Required
