Description Understanding of Oracle architecture and system management. In depth understanding of SQL query writing and tuning. Able to analyze Oracle parameter configurations and impact on database. Experience in analyzing ASH, AWR and NMON reports and DB trace and aware of OEM usage. Assist with Oracle database performance tuning solutions with DB and SQL query tuning solutions. Able to handle the communication with different teams/ stakeholders. Drive the analysis and efforts for resolving performance issues related to database and application system. Root cause analysis, formulate reproducible test case, make recommendations on workarounds and work towards issue resolutions Address business concerns with system performance via infrastructure and technology by improving application level process performance.
